A gall bladder attack can be one of the most painful experiences you can imagine. An endless, painful episode possibly requiring hospitalization, pain medications and surgery. Gallbladder attacks are quite common and unfortunately are treated with the same therapy in almost all cases.

A gall bladder attack can come upon you quickly or you may get warning signs that are usually ignored. The symptoms usually include moderate to severe pain under the right side of the ribcage and pain radiating to the back or the right shoulder blade and pain in the abdomen.

Other signs symptoms of gallbladder attacks can be nausea, vomiting, gas, bloating, burping and belching. They may occur after eating a meal containing fat.

These gall bladder attacks symptoms may be as a result of gallstones, infection, “sludge” in the gall bladder or lack of ability of the gall bladder to contract.

Usual treatment for an attack may be its removal through laproscopic surgery via a small incision. Once the gall bladder is gone, people tend to avoid fat in their diet. This is counterproductive as fat is necessary for proper human health.

Prevention of a gall bladder attack is found by eating a fresh, whole food diet devoid of processed foods. Common dietary advice suggests cutting back on or eliminating many foods, but it is generally enough to focus on foods as nature intended them to be.

Gall bladder attacks occur more frequently in people who may have a history of bowel trouble or who have been diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). As a part of the gastrointestinal system, it would make sense that if you have gall bladder trouble, there may be a more widespread issue.

It may be essential that you focus effort in improving the health of your entire gastrointestinal system. In you, the gall bladder is the first sign of this more widespread concern. An all natural treatment plan can improve the health, balance and efficiency of your gastrointestinal system and help mediate the negative effects of having lost your gall bladder and help eliminate any other symptoms (IBS) you may be having. If you still have your gall bladder…but are having problems with it or any other part of your GI tract…a natural treatment plan is for you.

If you have had your gallbladder removed or have a diagnosis of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), feel free to download my free IBS Report…available below… where I describe what you can do to conquer IBS and where I also describe this specific enzyme helpful in digesting fats for people without their gallbladder or those who have their gall baldder but think they are having trouble digesting fats.
