Adrenal fatigue symptoms are fatigue and a lack of energy throughout the day. There are other signs and symptoms of adrenal fatigue, but diagnosis is usually begun when the patient complains of an everyday form of fatigue.

But, who isn’t tired? Other adrenal fatigue symptoms can be fearfulness, allergies, frequent influenza, arthritis, anxiety, depression, reduced memory, difficulties in concentrating, insomnia, and the inability to lose weight after extensive effort. The previous list of symptoms may not just be symptoms of adrenal fatigue as they may be caused by other health issues also.

Adrenal fatigue symptoms are often debilitating. The onset of adrenal fatigue is often slow and insidious.
